Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Hermeticor (the "service"), provided by Shin Bet Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you create a workspace, on behalf of the organization that owns it ("you").

The service

Hermeticor lets you manage contacts and consent, and send marketing and sales outreach by email, SMS and other channels through the sending providers you connect, from a dashboard, an API and SDKs. Features and limits vary by plan as shown on the Billing page.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in and API keys confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by members you invite, API keys you create and automations or AI agents you configure.

Your providers and your sending

Hermeticor does not resell sending. Each provider you connect (email, SMS, WhatsApp and others) bills you under its own terms, and you remain responsible for those terms, your sending domains and numbers, and what you send.

Consent and lawful sending

You must have a lawful basis, and any consent the law requires, for every person you upload or message, and you must honour unsubscribes and opt-outs. Hermeticor enforces the consent and suppression records you keep and blocks marketing to people without consent; it does not decide for you whether consent is valid. You may not use the service to send spam, to send to purchased or scraped lists where the law forbids it, or to send anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful. We may suspend sending that puts the service, providers, recipients or other customers at risk.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into the service ("customer data"). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. For personal data about your contacts you are the controller and we process it on your instructions, as described in the Privacy policy.

Third-party services

Sending providers, CRMs, stores and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their APIs can change or withdraw access at any time. We are not responsible for them, and connecting them is your choice.

Plans, fees and trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe as shown on the Billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure and publish live status at /status, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give notice and you may cancel. What changed is published in the changelog.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. After termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy policy.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. These terms are the entire agreement on their subject. Questions: use the support chat in the app or ask in the community.
